This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.thewealthumbrella.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our SITE or provide us in any other way.

When you visit the Site, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, Trading View User Name, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Wix is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant.

Therefore, all direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the source handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services;

  • Provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  • Provide you with a connection to the Site's Trading View account;

  • Be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  • Create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respectives services;

  • Comply with any applicable laws and regulations;

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

 

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals below the age of majority in their place of residence.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
